We are excited to announce that Syl Ko, co-author of Aphro-ism, will be at the first Annual Tom Regan Memorial Lecture. She will join Carol J. Adams, author of The Sexual Politics of Meat and many other books, in the book-signing after the lecture. Carol wrote the foreward to Aphro-ism, and both often write about veganism and feminism.
This event is co-hosted by the North Carolina State University Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies and commemorates the work of CAF co-founder Tom Regan, who was on the philosophy faculty at NC State for over 34 years.
